What a beautiful film. This video (Doll Face) says it all. Try too hard to emulate the "beauty" you think you see in the media (eg. ME), and you'll just end up cracking up.

Is the Daily Mail really so gullible? It's obvious these "beauties" are wearing waxy make-up over their eyebrows. So shocking! Women with no eyebrows! This could be a new trend! Give me a break.

/for the record, I have no eyebrows, and I rock that look.

Snake venom botox

Snake venom: The budget alternative to Botox? Are you kidding me?

I love how this article plants a nice, big picture of someone being injected with Botox (obviously a model for Botox PR). The snake venom cream isn’t injected, it’s applied.

And how about this: “The £6 tubes of Lacura Wrinkle Stop contain a compound called Syn-Ake, which mimics the snake's paralysing venom. It promises to block the nerve signals which cause facial muscles to contract and can lead to lines… The new moisturiser will be stocked in Aldi stores from April 20.”
It reads like an advertisement!

Just send your press release to whatever product you’re selling. The Telegraph will publish it.

I don’t really understand the naming of the store, because It’s a Swindle Accessories Etsy Shop is anything but a swindle.

My favorite is this skeleton hand pendant and companion bony hair barrettes.

It's A Swindle Accessories is a MySpace friend of the Jitterbutter girl monsters. She’s a one woman operation and all items are hand made in her own personal sweat shop.
She makes all sorts of strange and cool items.

Who wouldn’t want this happy skull bracelet?

Mirror, mirror, shut your mouth

Don’t ask the mirror to tell you if you are beautiful. You probably are, and you're just looking at the wrong side. Don’t let your self-image be victimized because you are paying too much attention to the wrong side of your reflection.
